Guest treatment: Transient visitor dialysis

Visitors who need dialysis can request guest dialysis at Landssjúkrahúsið – the National Hospital of the Faroe Islands in Tórshavn. You can call the dialysis unit at the National Hospital on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 10.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 15.00 on tel. +298 304524. You can also send an e-mail to dialysa@ls.fo. If urgent, we recommend that you call the unit rather than send an e-mail. 

The treatment incurs a fee for visitors who do not reside in one of the Nordic countries. The staff can provide you with guidance regarding this.
